Special chawanmushi...
shiitake,chicken meat n crabsticks...
put in chawan...
fill up with beaten eggs..
ready for steamed...
ready to eat...
jeng...jeng...jeng...
close-up crabsticks...
for me... hot n delicious chawanmushi!
Also known as savoury steamed egg custard...my second tried.Thanks a lot to 'my online sensee' from Kobe for delicious recipe (sekarang ada kat kg berkenduri-kendara....jeles weih,cepat2 balik Kobe dan bawak balik omiyage Msia pulak....)
